Call your doc for an appointment. You are probably pregnant!

If you've been having unprotected sex, and did your pregnancy test around the time your period was due (Clear Blue test can be done from 4 days before its due), and both tests said positive, then since the tests are 99% accurate, you're most probably pregnant! Congratulations! See a Doctor to confirm it, take a prenatal vitamin that includes folic acid, stop drinking alcohol & smoking, and eat healthily.

If this isn't what you wanted, see a Doctor as soon as possible to discuss your options. The earlier you go, the more options you have.

Good luck.

Sounds to me like there is a congrats in order. Most of the time if you get two positive HPTs then you are preggo. Actually most of the time if you just get one then you are but there is a rare chance that it could be a false positive. I would call your family doctor or gynocologist and tell them that you have had two positive HPTs and they will have you come in and order some blood work which is the most accurate. That way you know for sure if you are preggo or not.

As with any medical situation, there are some false readings and there are some positive readings. You didn't mention how far along you might be if it is true or whether or not you were trying to get pregnant. If you are having any other symptons other than a missed period, you should go to the doctor.
You can read the article below and it may help you feel more comfortable about your readings, but ulimately you will need to go to your doctor.

Pregnancy test kits are not reliable. U can visit even a walk in clinic and ask them to take a blood test. The blood tests are accurate and correct. But beware of taking foods like pine-apple, and foods from outside until arrival of ur blood result.

If both tests say positive go get checked at the clinic or doctors office. You're right--sometimes the tests aren't accurate but with 2 +'s, they may be right.

I had a nurse tell me that when they come back positive it is VERY RAE that they are wrong although if it said Neg. then It could be wrong because of the HCG level not high enough. You should go to your doctors and get blood done to make sure! BEST WISHES
