Aren't you getting this at all? Find two numbers that add to the middle number and multiply to the last number.

In this kind of problem, first look at the constant (that's the 3). what two numbers can be multiplied together to get 3?
Well, it's either 1 and 3, or -1 and -3. I'll let you take it from there.
