i used to wear a thong if it's a public one because i couldnt bear the thought of wearing nothing on something which some stranger has been naked on before me.

I use the sun showers rather than the beds because it just feels a bit cleaner when your not touching anything that someone has before you. When you go in there should always be some sanitiser and tissue paper to clean the unit before you start the session. It is best to go naked because you don't get sun tan lines but if you feel uncomfortable going naked then just try moving you knickers around when your on them.

No being totally naked is an invite for germs, bacteria and who knows what else. When I used to go I would be topless and then have undrewear on the bottom

Unless you have a skin condition that can be alleviated by UV exposure, just don't do it at all.

It's not worth the skin cancer risk.

Pale is the new tan, anyway.

You don't have to be, but it eliminates tan lines.
