Seriously, if we told Israel to nuke whoever they wanted, would it better or worse than letting Iran have a nuclear bomb?

Leash...that's a good analogy, seeing how Israel behaves like a rabid dog, killing a thousand Lebanese civilians, added to the tens of thousands of Palestinians they've murdered or ethnically cleansed.
Considering that Israel _has_ nuclear weapons and the IAEA has said Iran is no threat (just as they said in 2002 that Iraq didn't have any WMDs), it's Israel that needs to be reigned in.

If Israel is let " off its leash" it would not hesitate do nuke every country that pisses her off...
We all saw what happened in Lebanon...if Israel would have been allowed to do what they really wanted I am pretty sure that it won't be any Lebanon today...it would definitely be worst than let Iran have a nuclear weapon...

we wouldn't tell Isreal to use NUKES . Conventional weapons can get the job done .
Isreal is it's own master , when they are next attacked , they may tell the world to go piss up a rope and not accept any ceasefire until their security goals are met .
Iran is a differnt story.
They beleive they have a mission to rule the world and the only way to acheive that is the use of Nuclear weapons .
They think they can survive and win a nuclear war .

Israel only does anything as it has its Big Brother (the USA) behind it.
The Brits wanted the Arabs to have Palestine after WW1 (see Laurence of Arabia). What a more peaceful world we would have if a certain President hadn't messed this up!

It would be worse.Israel would destroy every single middle eastern country, then they would turn on us.
Why is it ok for pakistan and india to have nuclear weapons?
Why is it okay for Israel? Why is okay for America?
Why is not okay for Iran?

My specific answer is it would not currently be the proper thing to do. However, sooner or later the TRUE free world MUST unite and teach these animals a real lesson. I reflect to the American response that ended WW2.
