A mixture of half liquid ammonia, and half water in a spray bottle works just fine for me. I have a bucket with hot water close by, and a sponge with a nylon scrubber on one side. Spray on the ammonia mixture and let it sit for half a minute. Scrub. Rinse the sponge in the hot water. Respray and scrub where necessary. It will get off even the most greasy deposits.
