Actually getting to Rayquaza can be one of the most aggravating challenges. First, you'll need the Mach Bike so you can navigate the cracks in the floor. There's no real strategy and the paths are pretty easy to see--the hard part is that you need to be going full-speed to avoid falling through. Get a head-start on the bike (at least two or three steps) before crossing any of the cracks; after that, you'll just have to rely on speedy fingers to navigate the path.

Once you get to the top, Rayquaza is level 70 so be sure your Pokemon are appropriately strong. It won't flee, either, so save it before you battle it so you can return any time to fight it. This way, you can save your Masterball for Latios/Latias (who do flee).
