I was watching a korean commerical this morning lol. (I love korean episodes, especailly GOONG!) and they were putting some sorta oil on their face? They said it was good for ur skin and totally healthy and gives u a great skin complxtion...doe sanyone know what it is or what oil is used for ur face?
If u do...what is it's purpose, what is it called, and where can I find it? lol

Oils rich in Vitamin E are the best for Human skin. U can use Almond or olive oil for that purpose.

extra vergin olive oil! and the best oil you can buy for your health and skin is Argan oil which is made from the Argan nut tree. This tree you only find in Marocco thats why the oil is very expencive.
