I don't think a sudden reverse of gravity would be explosive. But you would definitely lose traction if you were driving. And if you were drunk,....You would definitely feel like you'd need to hold on to the grass to keep from getting thrown off.

We all will blown out of earth and planets will be blown out of orbit etc. Everything will disintegrate and will go back pre bigbang just only matter of the smallest form

A selective reverse of our choosing will be good. We could fly that way easily
