Spiderman is a fictional character who was bitten by a spider and his whole body became mix with the spider with some extra powers to go along with it.
From a human standpoint, people get bit by different spiders everyday and no such person has ever been reported having been turned into a spiderman or spider woman.
Infact, just yesterday me and my Godchildren were just learning that (female) spiders are more poisonious then male spiders. Not to mention, some female spiders, after they mate, they eat thier male counterparts.

more possible than you would expect! There's been research done and a type of fabric-like material made which would give you the climbing abilities of a lizard/gecko but it is not yet economical enough to be produced on a large scale.
On the other hand there's always alternatives like the gekkomat
