You know, I consider myself an educated man, and a Christian, but I believe some things are truly magical- Some we can understand and explain and some we never will. But knowing how something works doesn't take away the magic of it all. Here I sit at a computer, typing words that will be visible to people all over the world in a matter of seconds. I think that's magical. I have seen people spontaneously recover from serious illness with no medical explanation- that's magical. Some choose the word miracle but the result is the same. I have watched my 3 year old son announce to his mother, that he is going to have a baby brother next year when my wife was only two weeks pregnant and she herself didn't even know she was pregnant yet. That's magical. So I guess in answer to your question, I don't think magic is dead and I believe it truly does exist.

I know where the magic is....it can't be killed. But you can feel it. It's there, if you're ever outside and the wind picks up, close your eyes. Block out all the knowledge. Stop thinking and start listening. That's where the magic is.

Nothing killed magic. It still exists as long as you want to believe. Magic is all around us but some people just can't see it.

It depends on what you consider 'magic'. In the days before The Great Flood, people were getting out of hand with the darker aspects of it, but when you fall in love with a beautiful girl, something 'magical' happens. It's all relevant and irrelevant.
