I have used this guy and he gave me 100 for free, and when I sign up...I got another 100 for free...go and compare which one you like...

Try T-mobile pre-paid. You can get $.10 a minute. Other companys will do that, but there will be a charge every day or something. T-mobile also has great service, and a fair choice of phones. I have been using them for years. Their prepaid is very good
