Simple. Pantyhose that are made for men. See link. Hosiery is coming into fashion for men - and I think it's great that men are going to start showing US some leg!!

Although I personally do not wear these, I know several males who do, especially those involved in stage and reenactment groups (think Robin Hood, Men in Tights). The "kind" needed are called Control Top & Bodyshaping Pantyhose. Any well known brand name should work.

crotchless. that way if you need to take a dump you do not have to pull the pantyhose down.

Your local adult store will have more racy variations & styles - their are hose made for gentlemen now.....
