I think you are wrong, terrorism has decreased, there are only a few examples of terrorism since Bush has taken control in Iraq, such as the Bali Bombings, the UK bus bombings, the Madrid train bombings, the Indian train bombings, plus all the terrrorist bombings in the middle east excluding Iraq because Iraq is currently a dog's breakfast, but otherwise everything is fine and peachy.
