Games, both physical and mental, should be included in school curriculum, as should chorus and or drama
Uses:
1 Exercise Communication Skills.
2 Build Teamwork.
3 Learn Organizational skills.
4 Prepare you for dealing with people in your work.
5 Build social skills. Life is not all about TV or video games when you grow up. Bowling or playing chess/checkers or singing in a Barbershop group - these are about social interaction as well as the activity itself. Both parts should be satisfying in some way.

YES, definitely! It adds variety to school work. Physical exercise is VITAL to keep you healthy and happy. Being a well balanced individual is something you should embrace from an early age.

Games should be used to have fun. A break from the "normal routine", if you will.
