I have a glass rose that broke. how can it be fixed?

Super glue, carefully applied, will hold it together but not strongly. If it is only a few pieces, you can try a quick-set 5 minute epoxy.

Home Depot and Lowes carry lots of different kinds of glue. Find one that works on glass.

Krazy Glue or any other quick dry adhesives for glass.

Ceramic glue or expoxy. Both will do the job and have outstanding characteristics.
