yes, you are allowed to brush your teeth during Ramadan, but it's recommended not to, because if you swallow anything or your mouth bleeds.. then you are not fasting anymore.

No, not at all. You have to brush your teeth to keep them healthy. As long as you don't swallow it, it's fine.
