NEVER! Reason... By definition pantyhose has the panties built in. Wearing panties would be redundant and unnecessary plus it can lead to problems since "breathing" through the cotton panel would be inhibited by the extra layer of clothing.
This is a carry over from moms handing down prudish customs to their daughters! Don't fall for it. The only time you might want to wear panties is with totally shear hose and a very short mini skirt!
Buying the correct size and cut they will not ride "up" anywhere and will be exceedingly comfortable. Always adds elegance and sophistication in all situations and they are not out of style.

i think your supposed to wear underwear under pantyhose...but i would never wear pantyhose, so im not really sure
