they can get a judgement against you and dock your paycheck and seize ur accounts .. they cant just go and do it without a judgement though.

Yes and take every ting at that time ,but your bank should notifies you are at least try.

yes they can. I've had it happen to me. Thankfully my daughter had a lawyer friend and he drafted a letter and they couldn't take anymore of my money. I had to get my direct deposit stopped too and just got a regular check
