It depends on the game store. Most usually will start selling them at midnight.

It isn't guaranteed to be coming out on that date. Having said that - if it does come out November 17, there are going to be VERY few copies available. I believe the US was only allocated 500,000 copies. Most of which are already spoken for through the pre-order system.

It's definently coming out November 17th because that my birthday.
