Not unless you have really good eye site for the very small and can count really quickly sperm riggling around my guess would be no you can not know your count without going for tests

There is one way.
You get together with a woman known to be capable of producing children and regularly have sex with her. If she gets pregnant your sperm count is "adequate." You won't get a number, though, unless she has a digital electronic reproductive system.
On the other hand, if she does not get pregnant, it does not necessarily mean that your sperm count is inadequate.
All said and done, the lab test is simpler.

Sperm count is only done by medical practiioners fully equip with the lab gadgets to tackle this kind of expirements. It is done by a thorough test with accuracy and legitimacy.

the only answer to this is to have a test done, if you are under 20 years old your sperm count will be high, its like a young teenager they can *** in the wind and get two girls pregnet lol...alan
