I'm a secretary, nurse, night watchman, teacher, safety officer, peace-maker, cook, milk machine, psychic, cleaner, law enforcer, entertainer, day trip planner, obnoxious smell detector,pain reliever and have the ability to cure any problem with a hug and a magic kiss .
I have to know all things, be aware of how things might be dangerous, have to be prepare to alter plans at a moments notice, have eyes in the back of my head, know all the lyrics to the latest popular songs, and generally have to be on guard 24/7.
I do all this for a pay of next-to-nothing, yet can't complain about this, because I wouldn't ever change my job.
Do you know what I do for a living?
I'm a stay at home mommy.
Why do I like it?
There's NOTHING more fulfilling than watching my daughter playing and thinking that she came from me. I am in receipt of a million hugs a day, which are given with no alterior motive, I get to go to the park and play on the swings again (FUN!!!), and generally have recaptured my childhood. I get to song at the top of my voice and not be bothered as to whether I am in tube or not, I have the luxury of working from home, so unless I choose to, I don't have to go out, and I am allowed to make mistakes every now and then and NOT have to explain them to my boss.
I am even allowed to have the childrens TV channels on all day, and my floor is covered with toys so noone expects to see a tidy house!
There is no better job than that of a mommy!

I love my job! I am the Family Services Coordinator at the Indiana Women's Prison. The majority of our offenders do have children and I am basically the link between the children's caregivers and the mothers. We have a beautiful family preservation center where the children can come and have a more natural bonding experience with their moms than they could if they only use the visiting room and it is my job to make sure the caregiver's needs are being met on the outside so that those kids will be able to come and bond with their moms. I guess I like it because I really get to reach out to those who are so often forgotten by society and make a difference.

Well I love arts and crafts, used furniture, and antiques. I work part-time at an Antique Mall that sells all of the above. I love it because I can see what other people are making and selling. I can see the used furniture that comes in and see if I want to get it. I can also see the antiques that are being sold and find out how people are pricing them. So yes I love my job.

I love my job! I can't believe that I get paid to do something that I love so much!
I work at a training center for the mentally retarded and physically handicapped. I teach them how to do things that you and I take for granted and I also train them for jobs so that they can earn their own money.! It's an awesome job, knowing that you have helped someone that most people think have no use!

Yes, I enjoy my job as a Hospital Hospitality Representative. I visit with up to 75 patients a night and do whatever it takes to make them more comfortable. I like it because it's nice to know you've helped someone.

I'm a nurse working in the emergency room at the local hospital. I love my job, I like helping people and my job is very rewarding.

my husband is a concrete finisher. He loves his job. He said the reason he does is because it is different everyday. That it's never the same. Different location, different size job, and he works with a great bunch of guys.

No your not alone, I was a lifeguard over the summer and it was great being outside in the sun all day by a pool meeting all kinds of people it was great!!

I am too young to get an Actual job but I am a certified babysitter.
I love kids they are SO cute and don't know that the world is going to hell thanks to gorge W suckass
