Does your internet connection work?
If it does, then why bother with it? That authentication tab just contains an option for Ethernet authentication. I don't have anything enabled on that page.

If your connection doesn't work, then something isn't configured or installed correctly...

I had the same problem but it has not caused me any problems so I would just carry on as normal. I have not been asked for any authentication reference to date.
