Democrats have been doing everything they can to protect homegrown terrorists' rights, is this going to hurt them or help them in the elections?

It will hurt those Democrats that are dumb enough to side with the terrorists. As the election nears more and more Democrats will begin to talk the talk. If they are elected some will walk the walk but most will go back to idealism until the next election.
What we need is more middle of the road Democrats like Joe Lieberman, strong on social issues AND strong on terrorism.
As a Democrat I find this whole "protect the terrorists rights" thing utterly distasteful.

Ever since Chavez was here, Democrats have been trying to fool people by acting like Americans. They are even defending Bush.
Democrats will do anything and will sell-out to anyone to get back in power.
They have the terrorist support, but terrorists can't vote in this country.
Will the Democrats fool the people? They've pulled it off before.

It seems to me that it was Republicans who have been doing everything they can to protect terrorist rights.
Haven't you been reading the news?
Do you think they have been doing this to help themselves during the election? Maybe go for the conservo-muslim vote?

With President Bush's approval rating as low as it is, I think that Republican politicians are more worried about the election results than Democrats are...
