make it short and simple. dont write big sentences. dont leave any extra curricular stuff you did in ur college. avoid giving much personal details. use fonts that have a updated look. mention your latest qualification first. highlight your acadamic achievements. dont praise yourself(eg. good leadership skills!!).

I am also graduating mid of 2007.

get an internship....makes it look like you have some sort of experience, plus you might gain valuable contacts to help you get a job after you graduate. Because these days it's not what you know, but who you know.

take any job intially...work sincerely....gain experience....resume will automatically become impressive....just accademic results will not take you very far....mention what is truth and be honest.....your future will depend only on the dedication of your work....these intial resumes are like springboard...it will help you dive....but then after that you will hv to swim....so be prepared to swim..do not bother much about the diving board.....
