Actually it is not in Spanish... It is in Portuguese... Here it goes, if I translated it from Portuguese to English...

Camilo Castello Branco was born in Lisbon, the 16 of March of 1825, in the Street of the Rose, illegitimate child of Manuel Joaquin Botelho and Jacinta Rosa of the Espirito Santo, one its servant. Before it, already another son of the couple had been born one, Carolina. In the following year, the family changed itself for the Street of the Oliveira.

The mother died in 1827 and the father adopts Camilo and the sister two years later, in 1829. Camilo initiated the primary studies in Lisbon (1830), in the master school Inácio Mines, situated in the Street of the Caulkers, and later in the school of Satírio Salazar, in the Sidewalk of the Duke.
