To the first answerer: Macedonia is part of what used to be Yugoslavia and is now a country by itself. It has nothing to do with Slovakia.

since may 2004, or was it 2003, slovakia has been in the european union. it joined at the same time as czech republic and lithuania. i am told that slovakian companies are often somewhat less reliable payers than their czech counterparts.
