Should I get Pokemon Mystery Dungeon for DS?

Question

I want to get the above said for DS. Is it any good? Is it a turn based battle RPG like the rest? What is your opinion on gameplay? Graphics don't matter too much right now.

Also, I don't want any stupid answers like "OMG DS SUKS GET A PSP LOLOLOOLOLOLOLLOL!!!!!11111oneone!!111"

Or I don't want any hate comments cuz I want a Pokemon game. I need real answers.

i have the game, and i rather like it.

the game is nothing like any other pokemon games. it's completely different from the main series (diamond/pearl)

usually, you walk around and get in battles, and you can capture them.

not so, in this game. [the bottom portion does not mandate that your character be whatever i mention]

instead, you'll be in a dungeon, and you'll see a stantler sleeping peacefully over there in the corner. you, yourself, happen to be a chikorita, gentle as they come. obviously you must wake the stantler up and beat it's brains in.

so you walk over, first one square, then the next, which walking is fast when you're not fighting. and you're partner, little torchic will follow along. and as soon as you get right up next to the stantler, he wakes up. so you move diagonally, to make sure that not only are you next to it, so is your partner.

when you move, tha'ts your turn. your torchic moves next to the stantler. hey, guess what, the enemy get's a turn too. so the stantler gives you a massive headbutt! now! you use razor leaf! and now it's torchic's turn, because torchic is faster than stantler, and torchic does ember! and somehow, the deer is still alive, and he does a regular "attack" on torchic. a regular attack doesn't take any PP from your moves, it's just a regular bash. you counter with tackle, and the stantler goes down!

that's how the fights go, no screen changes or anything.

i rather like the game.

as a bonus, let's say that you die in a dungeon... you could send an SOS mail, and get a password. then myself, i could put that very password into my game, go and rescue you, and then i'll get a password saying that you've been saved. you then enter that password, and your team will be revived where you died. even though you don't even know me

well put this way
1- i have the pmd (pokemon mystery dungeon) red gba
2- b4 u start u take a test 2 see which pokemon you'll become
depending on what your gender. boy or girl
3-you get 2 name the pokmon you've become you also get 2 name your partner.
4-it's cool when in a dungeon pokemon come out at u when u defeat them they ask u later if they can join your rescue team.
5-you can name the pokemon you rescued if u want that's the fun part.
6-it's your decision if u want 2 get it just think u don't have 2 worry about using pokeballs anymore it's whole new adventure and the music's cool 2. good luck with your decision :)

No. The Pokemon company is making a new one for DS its called Pokemon dimond and pearl.

um i would wait for pokemon pearl and diamond but if you got enough money go crazy that game has got some good reviews if i had a ds i wouldnt buy it but you might like it rent it c if u like it and if u do buy it

you may't link those 2. Sorry. you may link pink and Blue mutually, and Time and Darkness mutually. you may't link those 2 mutually with the aid of fact the two do no longer correspond. you may consistently get pink or Blue or your buddy could get Time or Darkness.
