Sometimes the cards have instructions with them. Aside from that. there are many books and check on the web. But seriously, it's all a waste of time. ;)

learntarot.com is a good spot to begin with. The best, I'd say, would be a study of Qabalic paths combined with a study of Jung's archetypes...errr, start with the website. :D
