Well does this answer your question? The first time I cooked for my husband I sent him to the hospital with food poisoning. I've gotten much better now but when I cook and one of my nephews come over for dinner, they jokingly ask Jimmy if the nearest hospital has beds ready for them.

it use to be

one time my g/f baked a chicken. that chicken looked so good. when i went and cut a piece off, it started bleeding. i ask my g/f how long did she leave the chicken in the oven for...she said...1/2 hr. she had turned the heat up so high that the out side of the chicken cooked but the inside was still completely raw. needless to say, we went out for dinner........the lesson for to day is...best comes to those who wait....don't rush your chicken...lol
