Allergies can be caused many factors, some of which are unknown. One interesting thing I have read recently is that allergies seem to first manifest themselves when the patient is around a year old, and it is often triggered by exposure to something they have never encountered before. The interesting thing is that this seldom , if ever happens with an item that the baby was exposed to as an infant. For example, if a baby is denied contact with and protected completely from exposure to, say, strawberries, the chances are good that they will develop an allergy to strawberries. Therefore, some allergies can be shown to be the result of well meaning, but over zealous parenting. People that feel that limiting a baby's exposure to the world around them somehow protects their baby often wind up with a child with multiple allergies.
I wince when I see mothers that sterilize everything, and micromanage their baby's exposure to the world at large. The immune system needs to know what to protect from. If it never sees a certain germ, it will not recognize it when it does encounter it. The world is place full of allergens and microorganisms, and unless you intend your child to live it's life in a sterile bubble, let it roll in the mud, eat peanut butter, get dirt in it's mouth and catch colds from other children.
I'm not a doctor. Hell, I don't even play one on TV, but unless there is something new and revolutionary out there that I have never heard of (and is more than a little possible), once you have an allergy, that's it. You're stuck with it!

allergies are abnormal overreaction to a specific environment change ( pollen, food etc.) an allergy can refer to several immune reactions, resulting in a systemic inflammatory response resulting in symptoms like running nose, to even shock!
cause of allergy:
exact reason is unknown. Generally the immune system recognizes and fights viruses n bacteria. the defence is carried out by antibodies( specialised molecules).
There are many types of allergies as you know.
Treatment:
The best is to avoid the cause of the allergy because limited mainstream medical treatments are there.
1. Immunotherapy: hyposensitisation is one of the forms where the person is gradually vaccinated against the allergen.
2.Chemotherapy: they are antagonistic drugs include antihistamines, cortisones, epinephrine etc.can be taken after a doctor's advice.
one should be careful while using : antihistamines, nasal corticosteroid sprays n decongestants because they can have a no. of side effects.

If you have sever allergies or if you are allergic to one particular thing then it is simple matter of avoiding the item.
The body senses foreign substance entering it , it react to it and realises histamines, to fight, it trays to get reed of it through Sweet,and other excretory systems.
Example:
Peanut allergy.
People with peanut allergy get swollen tongue, and throat, resulting in suffocation. This is because histamine itself attacks/causes irritation to the tissue which in turn causes the organ to swell and suffocate the person.
There are antihistamines available, and taking them on time can save a life.
Air born allergen can attack whole respiratory system and cause asthma, and infections. The person must bread, and as such can not avoid these allergents, this bring us again to use of antihistamines.
The mild reaction is the most difficult to catch and in case of food allergies it is most difficult to avoid.
Good news is that there are advances in medications and it can be treated and person can enjoy comfortable life with medications.
The other trick is to consult a specialist and have the person desensitised. Doctor performs a skin test on the person and determines what substances the person is allergic to. The person is treated, at the end of the treatment the person is no longer allergic to the substance.

inside the human body their is a immune system which protects from different disease.whenever we take inside any thing which is opposite to body conditioning or body metabolism the immune system reacts with it in a very differnt manner i.e. it tries to Throw the foriegn body out which thus results in some reactions within the body.these reactions are sometimes in the form of allergy.there are various kinds of allergy like skin eruptions,dustallergy,allergy to certain foods etc..IN ALLOPATHIC THE TREATMENT IS BY GIVING ANTIHISTAMINES EITHER IN THE FORM OF INJECTIONS OR TABLETS BUT THEY SAY THAT YAGA AND NATURE CURE HAS A PERMANENT CURE FOR IT.IF YOU DO YOGA AND PRANAYAM EXERCISES DAILY YOUR BODY WILL BE COMPLETELY RID OF ALLERGY.

Allergies are inappropriate immune system reaction to non-disease stimuli. It happens when the immune system is sensitized to something which it mistakenly identifies as a disease pathogen. Allergy medications work by reducing general immune system function, so they can potentially reduce protection from disease.
A drop in allergic sensitivity is one advantage of HIV infection. That being said, I can assure you, no matter how bad your allergy symptoms are, they are a walk in the park compared to HIV/AIDS!

Nuts are not needed as such, and that i agree that walnuts are disgusting. the element is, you have have been given cereals, non-cereal grains like quinoa and amaranth, then pulses, different seeds and nuts. those are our significant components of protein. Pulses are the mainstay, yet after a at the same time as they get uninteresting and that they are undesirable information flatulence-clever, so nuts are an answer. not the only one although. Walnuts, i think, are valuable via fact they improve domestically (in case you reside in a temperate northern area).

An allergy can refer to several kinds of immune reactions including Type I hypersensitivity in which a person's body is hypersensitised and develops IgE type antibodies to typical proteins. When a person is hypersensitised, these substances are known as allergens. The word allergy derives from the Greek words allos meaning "other" and ergon meaning "work". Type I hypersensitivity is characterised by excessive activation of mast cells and basophils by immunoglobulin E resulting in a systemic inflammatory response that can result in symptoms as benign as a runny nose, to life-threatening anaphylactic shock and death.
Allergy is a very common disorder and more than 50 million Americans suffer from allergic diseases. Allergies are the 6th leading cause of chronic disease in the United States, costing the health care system $18 billion annually
Signs and symptoms
Allergy is characterised by a local or systemic inflammatory response to allergens. Local symptoms are:
* Nose: swelling of the nasal mucosa (allergic rhinitis)
* The distinctive behavior known as nasal salute, also known as allergy salute, is the habit of wiping of the nose in an upward direction due to itching.
* Eyes: redness and itching of the conjunctiva (allergic conjunctivitis)
* Airways: bronchoconstriction, wheezing and dyspnoea, sometimes outright attacks of asthma
* Ears: feeling of fullness, possibly pain, and impaired hearing due to the lack of eustachian tube drainage.
* Skin: various rashes, such as eczema, hives (urticaria) and contact dermatitis.
* Head: while not as common, headaches are seen in some with environmental or chemical allergies.
Systemic allergic response is also called anaphylaxis. Depending of the rate of severity, it can cause cutaneous reactions, bronchoconstriction, edema, hypotension, coma and even death.
Hay fever is one example of an exceedingly common minor allergy — large percentages of the population suffer from hayfever symptoms in response to airborne pollen. Asthmatics are often allergic to dust mites. Apart from ambient allergens, allergic reactions can be due to medications.
Treatment
There are limited mainstream medical treatments for allergies. Probably the most important factor in rehabilitation is the removal of sources of allergens from the home environment, and avoiding environments in which contact with allergens is likely.

In addition to foreign proteins found in foreign serum (from blood transfusions) and vaccines, common allergens include:
* Plant pollens (Hay fever):
o rye grass
o ragweed
o timothy grass
o birch trees
* Mold spores
* Drugs:
o penicillins
o sulfonamides
o salicylates (also found naturally in numerous fruits)
o local anaesthetics
* Foods (food allergy):
o nuts
o sesame
o seafood
o egg (typically albumen, the white)
o peas, beans, peanuts, soybeans and other legumes
o soy
o milk
o wheat
o corn or maize
* Insect stings:
o bee sting venom
o wasp sting venom
* Animal products (animal allergy):
o Animal hair and dander
o cockroach calyx
o dust mite excretion
* Other
o Latex
I hope this is good enough.
