To quote from his former campaign manager Dick Morris, "because he could".
His lies are infamous starting with the women and on through today when he said he got closer to OBL than Bush. About as close as he ever got to OBL was when he was worrying about lying under oath about Lewinsky and the Pakis or Saudis called and asked him to take OBL who was under custody at the time. Clitoon thought more of the lie than he did about prosecuting a known terrorist.
We are now paying the price for clitoons lies.

Because he is a sociopathic liar who has no interest in anything except his own needs and ego. To say he lacks emotional maturity is obvious, but is an understatement. He simply has a vacuum where core integrity is supposed to be. He couldn't care less about the truth, because it doesn't advance his cause or promote his ego. Sociopaths are accomplished actors who are generally very good at faking empathy (I feel your pain), but underneath, they feel nothing. Underneath, they only care about themselves.
One thing is certain, when Clinton starts wagging his finger and looking sincerely straight into someones eye, GET READY FOR A WHOPPER!

he is a liar and further more the economy today is 10x stronger today- his economy could fall apart by someone saying the economy could fall apart out loud. Budgets are balanced by congress not the president. He was the laughing stock of the world for his lewinsky slip up.

Because he is like a little child. He will say or do anything not to get in trouble, even if that means telling a whopper of a lie.
He is not a bad person, he is just a lot simpler than people make him out to be.

When being hateful be specific, what do you think he lied about, not that I defend him in any way but as a politician lying is part of the package, so do clarify one individual and brand him a liar kind of is a mute subject.....
