I thought about if I didn't make it, I'd join the Army or Navy. But I'm not very strong or fast at running. What should I do?

Air Force. A very small percentage actually Fly. The vast majority are support for the aircraft. They sleep in beds and work 40 hour weeks and aren't getting shot at on a regular basis.
Navy. Aboard ship for six months or so, Twelve hour shifts, but are you ever not working when on the vessel? Why does the ship seem to get smaller everyday? Hard to find, if found you are the only thing to shoot at. Can you say swim with the fish?
Army. Bring it with you or go with out it. Keep marching, your almost there. Ok, now dig yourself some deluxe accommodations in the local landscape and then open your food pouches and ,dare I say it?, dig in. Don't worry about the shooting and explosions, you get used to it after a while.
All of our armed forces have a vital role in preserving our way of life. Each has it's pluses and minuses.
I served my county for four years and very glad I did. I chose the Air force because I didn't have anything to prove to myself, or others. If there is such a thing as an easy way to a military Career, the Air Force is the closest you can get

If you really want to be a pilot, and don't think you'll make the Royal Air Force, consider the Army Air Corps. Different sort of flying but enjoyable. Don't worry about not being a fast runner, you don't have to push start aircraft these days

If you wish to join a military organisation consider what you want to do when you leave. The Airforce is oriented to those special few who fly. That means the management structure is designed to support a favoured few. The other two services howvever can only achieve their missions by supporting their staff accordingly the management culture is different. If you want to learn management and leadership go for the Army. If you want a maritine related trade then the navey. Don't worry about the running if your joining the Army, thats a skill they will develop in you but the better you are at the start the less painful it will be. Finally aim high. Try for officer selection!

Air force. if you can't be in the af, try the navy. u don't have to be strong or fast.
if you decide to go in the army, you need to be strong mentally and physically(somewhat). They will work your body, so if you're a little out of shape don't worry they will get you in shape.

train? practice running and do some weights in the gym.

just get fit.

you should do cardiovascular exercise 3 times a week, a good distance to start with is 5Km run a few times a week.

depending on fitness levels and the terrain of the run it should take you around 30 minutes, good people can run it in 15-20 minutes.

if your not very strong or good at running is the army the thing for you? its a very large part of it.
