Actually, yes. (I also work outside the home, so I guess technically I wouldn't be defined as a "homemaker"). I find washing dishes to be almost comforting. It's steady, its consistent, and in the end you have a nice clean product. Plus I can watch out my window into the backyard while doing it.

Well i dont have a dishwasher...so yes i wash by hand. And dont have a problem with it. Im a neat freak so if i see 1 dish in the sink then im going to wash it. Its called not being lazy,,to do it yourself, will not kill you. Do you enjoy washing dishes too???

Hell no!!!!! Are you crazy? Sticking your hands into hot sudsy water, picking off gross bits oily, gelatinised, caked on, old food....is pretty disgusting. But unless you have a dishwasher or permanent paid housecleaner, who else will do it?
I bought a dishwasher 3 years ago and mentally kiss it nearly every day....still.

I love to do dishes. nothing makes me more happy than when my son comes to visit and leaves a pile of dishes for me. If you can't tell I'm being sarcastic. no one in thier right mind enjoys dishes

No, I hate it. But, if I didn't wash them, either they wouldn't get done at all, or they would get put away half-washed.
I can't wait to get our dishwasher fixed.

I used to help my mother. I like washing dishes. B'coz it gives some sort of happiness to me... Cleanliness is most imporatant. I am happy in that way...

i assume the comparable reason that we use any form of device, in my view have not got one the condominium is to small. i think of i might like a diswasher that regarded alot like Hugh Jackman and want to bathe dishes and not making use of a shirt on

NO, but I prefer it be done that way with PLENTY of haot warm water, good cleanser and ELBOW GREASE, and polishing of silverware, before I am served. Most establishments and people are plain NAISTY!
