use spybot, or registry repair. Zone alarm is not a repairer, Av is a firewall. you need Spybot seach and destroy and definately registy repair, which is free of care bare site, but gives you other stuff. Never purchase anything....no need. Just got to hunt for hours. Mind you if you do not have the time pay for it. that is why you are working so do not have the time to seek feebies out...work and pay.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus and protect your PC. but you need to pay for the software

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:

goto control panel, system, turn off system restore.. restart computer pressing F8, then do a full virus scan.... when you find it..delete it and start pc normally..... i thought though, if a antivirus found something, then that was it.. dealt with.. perhaps, you should forget avg and get a proper anti-virus like norton.....

it's be better if you scan your computer in the safe mode (you get there while pressing "f8" at the beginning), and also.. turn of system restore, if you don't, the virus will just keep repeating its self in the computer, to do that, right-click on "my computer", then click on "properties", then click on the "system restore" tab, and check "turn off system restore", after the virus is removed, you can turn it back on the same way.

good luck.
