I am at the end of my pregnancy and I took some castor oil. I was so happy because I started having labor pains and they were coming every 3 minutes the doctor told me to go in. My cervix was thick as hell and I hadn't dilated. I stayed at the hospital for 3 hours and nothing happened. They gave me IV fluids for dehydration. My contractions continued but stopped this morning. I guess I can't get him here. No other suggestions. I am so uncomfortable

it don't matter what u try babies will come when they are ready...not when we are ready for them.

don't feel bad, lots of women try Castor oil. i agree with the others. sex helps. also walking. a friend of mine was in labor but not dilated. she walked and by the time she got to the she was dilated.

there's nothing you can do. everything you hear about are just old wives tales. no amount of walking will work. nothing that you can eat/drink will work. yes, one of the ingredients on semen does help induce labor, but the amount is so small that having sex doesn't work either. you'll just have to wait until the baby is ready. trust me, then they are finally here, you'll wish they were back in for a few more weeks.

Don't feel stupid! Lots of parents get impatient at the end. Make some love to relax you and to get the good vibes going - it helps to bring on labor as well.

I had a friend who was in labor for three days her baby was 10 lbs and 10 ounces.

Try having sex that's what got you into this position in the first place that's what will help you get back out of it lol goodluck

Scrub your floor on your hands and knees, drink two glasses of red wine (really works) and have sex. All of these are proven to induce labour.

sure they do recommend other things, but I think Goid has a plan, and altough we like to get things moving, he'll bring that baby in the world when it's his time!

walk a few miles. rest and repeat. made my wifes water break (of course she was two weeks overdue.
