I had a sore throat yesterday, and I keep blowing my nose, and I have headache, and sometimes I fell weak...is it the common cold, or is it the symontoms of the flu.

Unless you have a high fever and achy bones, it's most likely a cold. The headache is probably from congested sinuses, the weakness is from your body taking your energy to fight off the cold. Drink lots of fluids, get some rest, and eat chicken soup (the soup steam does wonders for stuffy noses). If you don't feel better after several days, see a doctor.

The common cold have symptoms like allergies: coughing, sneezing and stuffy nose. But the flu is a knockout with: Headaches, flushed, nausea, high temp. , sometimes this results in hospitalization.

I think it's just a cold. If you had the flu you would be sleeping all day.
