i would like to converi audio cd to karaoke in my pc burn it and play on my dvd player?

i am looking for a site where i can download the software

You can't actually convert an audio CD to karaoke. You can use vocal reducing software to suppress the lead vocals on standard audio tracks and burn them to a DVD disc. see the link below for more information.

Try "Dart Karaoke" on line. I haven't seen their site in a while but they sell software and hardware for computer karaoke.
