I don't know either. It's frustrating. In fact, it's so frustrating I have an open question wondering the same thing. I posted some websites to true special education forums on my open question.

Because they might not understand the meaning of special education - they may believe that it's an area for special questions, not questions regarding special education.

people ask these questions on the internet because mabe there worried about getting hurt in some way and the feel more relaxed about doing it over the internet
then again every1 has a question once in there life time
