Try a Retino A based cream.
you can make the following at home if you have the ingredients :
Sesame seed oil or Castor Oil : 2 tsps
Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
Mix both and apply on the area and then after an hour or so wash of using Gram flour or Besan flour.
My sister used it after she had my niece.
It reduced the marks to an extent.

You cant completely get rid of stretch marks. They can only be lightened so it will not be obvious. There are creams for that but the best would be a laser treatment. It'll make the stretch marks almost invisible to the eye ;) But you'll still feel the torn tissue under the skin surface.
The next time you get pregnant, use more creams or moisturizing lotion to increase the elasticity of your skin so you wont have any stretch marks. :)

FRANCH OIL or The CASTOR oil when applied regularly for 3 to 4 Weeks will remove Stretch Marks.
Tamarind + Turmeic ---> Paste it
Apply for 2 Weeks
There will not be stretch Marks

Im sorry Ankitha, its nearly impossible to remove or loose stretch marks after pregency except plastic surgery. If yu plan during pregency than its up some extent possible.

You can used cream 80% Vita-K solution for stretch marks with super vitamin K. It helps fade away stretch mark,body lines plus ridge lines. You must apply a sufficient amount on the desired area twice a day. When desired results are achieved, continue to use once a day. But the results may vary depending on your skin type and condition. Base on my experience it was very ichy for the first 4 months, to avoid more stretch mark i did used Palmers cocoa butter formula with vitamin E and sometimes when i go to my parents place and friends and i forgotten to take my cream with me i used baby oil. Applied all over my body. This is good tips for womans who are still planning for their first pregnancy.

There are products available at pharamacy which contain Vitamin E, K,and etc. Use them and u will find it will help u. The tubes will say for getting rid of stretch marks.
