No, that shouldn't be from yahoo, it might be some kind of spam or virus.
You should immediately delete that message.

It's spam, just delete it and go on with your life. If you ever won $800,000 they would tell you either in person or by certified or registered mail. NOT email!!!

this must be a fake. i gor a similar one weeks ago. delte it, it could be infected with a virus. if you try to claim, they ask you to tranfer a huge sum security money. if it would be transferred, you never hear anything again.
