Here's the real answer!
How long is the duration of your cycle, Most woman are 28 days. NOw on the first day of your period, count 14 days from that. That's the day u would ovulate.
32 days every cycle? count 16 days, starting from the day of your first period.
Once you have your days down, then you can caculate accordingly.
Now dont' have sex prior to your ovulation day. Because the sperm count will be higher, and
remember to keep your legs up in the air, twenty minutes after. And only in the mkissionary position. ( ihope your 18 or older, I wouldnt dare tell this to a child!)

If you're not sure and don't want to have to keep track of when your cycle starts etc. just have sex every other day. A mans sperm replenishes every 48 hours. Your chances will be better this way. If you have sex every other day you will be gauranteed to get in a couple of the highest fertile days.
If you want to chart the days you ovulate, it is usually 14 days from the first day of your period. One of the things you will notice when you are ovulating is a discharge that is the consistancy of egg white and clear. This is what will help the sperm get to their destination. If you happen to off by a few days (before ovulation) no need to worry because sperm can live inside you for 5-7 days. When you ovulate the sperm will do it's job and hopefully impregnate you.
Good luck!

Period of menstruation differs from woman to woman. Minimum is 28 days and maximum is 32 days. Instead of counting, it is better to do intercourse with a mental preparation for conception as and when it is convenient for both. Though some have classified as conception period, safe period and unsafe period, these have not been proved scientifically. Count everyday as 1. Go, start and enjoy! Be blessed with a child!! Good luck!!!

The day you start your period is day 1. And unless your period is exactly a 28-30 day period every time without fail, its hard to go by the 12-15 rule. Try the taking your Basel temp method and/or ovulation tests.

Do a little more research. There is a slight increase in body temperature at the time of ovulation. Monitor your temp. and this is time time for intercourse. Putting a pillow under ur butt afterwards and waiting a while after may help also.

Day one is the first day of your period. So the best time is 10 days after your period starts to 10 days before the next one starts.

Why count? have intercourse every day. different times and maybe more than once a day some days. it makes his sperm stronger and you will probably get a daughter.

Day one is the first day you see a speck of blood from your period. Sorry to be so blunt, but that's the answer.
