Yes I like it but I would like to see it tweaked. One team from the NL should be moved to the AL (Arizona?), creating 6 five team divisions. Then rotate like they do with interconference games in the NFL with each NL division playing every AL division once every three years. 3 home and 3 road games. I understand there would only be one Yankee-Met series every 3 years but I can live with that. Besides is it fair that the Mets have 6 games against the Yankees every year and the Marlins who have been and could be in contention again get 6 games against Devil Rays?

I don't like it, but if they keep doing interleague, I would like to see the roles reversed. What I mean is, when the National League team comes to an American league site, NO DH should be used. This would allow the fans that actually go to the park to see something different happening on their home field.
Oh, by the way, Harley, I think your memory is getting a little fuzzy. Dodgers were not in the World Series in 1976. But 1978 they won the first 2, then lost 4 straight to the Yankees.

I've been a dodger fan since they were in Brooklyn. When they moved to Los Angeles, I was a teenager and I started going to every game I could. Then the Angels (who were a minor league team in L.A.) became major league. What a dilemma. Now I had 2 teams to root for, both in different leagues. I loved it when inter league started. It was really a treat to get to watch my two favorite teams play each other. You can bet that I'm all for interleague play. By the way, got to go to a dodger world series in 1976. Sat way out in right field, top row, and they lost 4 in a row. Didn't care. I would have sat on the flag pole if I had to. I didn't really care that they lost. I got to go to a world series, and I still have my ticket stubs.

Yes, I think it's good for the game. I would however like to see it expanded so that all teams play each other. Right now it's pretty much selective to each region. As far as the DH is concerned, I would like to see it deleted from the game. It hurts the game in so many ways. Those who DH are not complete ball players. The game was created to be played both offensively and defensively. It also hurts the strategy of the game.

previous to regulation interleague play there have been circumstances in the process the common season months that communities did play against communities from the different league. yet they weren't video games that counted interior the standings. i think that even now on the hall Of acceptance Induction weekend there's a activity performed between an AL and NL group. additionally, at one time each and each group grew to become into required to play 2 exhibition video games in the process the common season. many circumstances the group would play their appropriate minor league associate or a sturdy college group. The Yankees and Mets used to play the Mayors Trophy activity one time in the process the twelve months. for particular the communities not often performed their action picture star gamers to evade injury. i think the RedSox extensively utilized to play an exbition activity in the process the season to earnings The Jimmy Fund. as a rely of fact in 1986 the RedSox performed the Mets in what grew to become out to be a preview of that twelve months's Fall classic.

I like it, but I think there is too much of it. One week (two series) would be enough for the year. I like to see other players at my home stadium, but too many teams do not have any interleague rivals. So while it is great fun to watch the Chicago teams or New York team, nobody care when the Rockies play the A's.

I think it reeks. It makes the World Series a waste of time since there's a good possibility the teams will have met earlier in the season. Like the DH, it destroys the purity of the game.

i love interleague play except for when it happens in the WS....b/c during the season it's fun to watch pitchers make an assss out of themselves at the plate but when the game has a lot at stake like the WS then I don't like it unless the AL team is home..
