A cubic meter is 1000 liter, and you have 3.78 liter in a US gallon.
So your 31 cubic meter comes to about 8200 gallons.
Looks like you were thirsty...

You can use Google to do the math for you, simply search for "31 cubic meters in gallons" and the Google Calculator comes back with the answer of 8,189.33 US gallons.

Based on the Additional Details, you simply divide by 30 (days), so let's say your water bill was for one month, then that is 273 gallons a day.

If that seems high, keep in mind that "conventional U.S. toilets uses five gallons of water per flush" and an "ordinary showerhead has a flow rate or 5 gallons per minutes". These links provide ideas on how to save water...

A cubic meter contains 264.172 gallons. So multiply 31 by 264.172 and you'll have your answer.

Or 8,201 gallons. Why did you ask such a silly question?
