How old are you? You sound like a very uninformed kid. If you are talk to your mommy, ask her these questions.
If you are an adult, then oral sex is OK with a single person, married if your the wife. Sex without a condom is fine if you want to get pregnant. Even with a condom getting pregnant is still a possibility.

Sexual diseases can be transmitted through oral sex as well as anal or vaginal sex, and even through what is called dry-balling [which can also lead to pregnancy, as can intercourse]. A child is an 18 year responsibility, and not something to thus be a product of an accident.

It depends on how you define "safe". You may be safe from pregnancy, but you are probably not very safe from the other spouse. I'd really keep that in mind when deciding to do a married person.
