She has no physical symptoms or pains and did not realise it before i discovered it, it is hard and circular in shape, She says when she stands up she can still feel it, can anyone tell me what it might be ?

She needs to see a doctor immediately!

It could be a harmless cyst or it could be cancerous. A doctor will need to do a biopsy to determine what it is. They may want to do an ultrasound or xray first.

This is nothing to guess about. Even young women can get cancer.

How old are you two?
A lump the size of a baseball and she did not
notice it until you discovered it? Baloney!
She has the lump - she should see a Doc
immediately. Whether it hurts or not.
A diagnosis should be made by a doctor
not in this site.
