Love's a stalker; it'll follow you anywhere. It's up to ou to decide when you're ready to try for a relationship. In the meantime, try not to freak out. you're probably no more messed up than anybody else, more than likely.

When you have gone through life the hard way it does make you believe that you do not need anyone in your life. You have already proved to yourself that you can do it! But then the question comes up that you still would like someone in your life and how does that work?
I understand arrogance, when I got married seven years ago I flat out told my future husband that I did not need him, I wanted him. He was a luxury item not like a need of food and shelter. I thought that was very liberal and enlightened of me.
After seven years of marriage, I would get married all over again. There is of course buts, even with love you are still miserable, I have grown and am s-l-o-w-l-y finding out that I do need him. Which is good for him because men ultimately like to be needed.
So in answer to your question can you find love when you are miserable, yes. Sometimes you find love when you least expect it and I least expect it when I am miserable.
Good Luck

well, you might, but you aint gonna keep 'em with your crappy attitude, my friend... Quit feeling sorry for yourself, cuz I promise you my past makes your troubles look like a walk in the park. I'll not go into mine, either -- for lack of need. Everyone has problems to some extent, and depending on the person, what seems small to me, might be gigantic to them, so we all have to just muddle through... You're not special. You just have to decide whether you're gonna let all the crap kill ya. If not, do what ya have to do to make things better and try your hardest to be decent to others, keeping in mind that they probably don't want to be nice to you either. Then when you change your attitude you might find someone and not drag them down into your whining and wallowing. Cheer up, you could get a disease and die in a couple years like a lot of people who appreciated life.

Yes, there's someone out there for you arrogant self. Quit looking for it, there maybe someone staring you right in the face and you don't even see it. Do you have a female friend that seems to be able to put up with you and the crap that comes out of your mouth. Well there she be. If you look for it, your quest will be long, but if you stop looking it usually falls right in your lap. Good Luck Arrogant One, and try to get in a better mood. Everybody got crap in there life, so suck it up and get on with it.

According to the book "How NOT to stay single". The best time to find someone is when you are very happy in your life, and a relationship is a bonus. If you are looking for love to help you not feel miserable, it is much harder to find it. People then to gravitate towards happier people, not angry people.

Love and happiness alot of times come when you least expect it. And when love comes, happiness comes with it. So stop looking, and the minute you stop looking, she'll walk right in!!

look in the mirror,,would you date you at the minute,,people are drawn to secure, confident people, those who look interesting, sound interesting,,have an aura of 'something',,miserable people dont give off a good vibe,it makes them unapproachable so others stay clear,,smiling can work wonders.

What is a mug? You can find love when you are miserable, and if you are not miserable, believe me, you will be shortly after you are in love.

Don't expect a relationship to sort out your problems. Beleive it or not, there are people in relationships who are unhappy.
