Altho yes a crime...........think about how much goes on! They would have to hire an entire new task force simply for adultry.
Now, I did hear of an odd case a few years ago in NC.
A married woman with 3 kids was seduced by another woman. The married woman left her husband for this other woman. The husband threatened the woman saying he would sue her for breaking up their marriage. To the best of my knowledge he did indeed have some sort of legal leg to stand on. I couldnt tell you the legal ins and outs......but the woman backed off.
Just something to think about.

I don't know if you can, but why would you want to commit adultery? If you want to be with someone else, then get rid of your husband first.
