Hi You can go to Adlys web site: www.adly.co.uk or get in touch with Moore Large,I am sure they were the importers for Her Chee Mopeds and Staraway,I think some Moto Roma parts are the same as Her Chee,Moore Larges web address is :www.moorelarge.co.uk

Go on line and look for a manufacturer. I used to repair motorcycles to models but I have never heard of the model you mention.
