Take some baby oil and begin rubbing it ob the part that it nearest to the hole while trying to twist your foot at the same time, continue this process until the foot slips out. Now what was your foot doing there in the first place???

Sit on the ground and try to remove your foot. If it won't come out try digging around the hole with your hands. If that doesn't work. Yell for help.
