We really don't know anything about your album ...so uh.
The most important thing is to get an agent or just do some research on the net. Though frankly so many people are in bands nowadays, and eaach one wants to shoot to stardom...its....well competitive.
And often lousy singers who are popular media faces get the attention instead of talented newbies.

Try to market the album, invest in adverts in papers or magazines at first. Then go onto websites to advertise. Another good way is to create a survey or questionnaire on improvements (if any needed) and likes/dislikes. Try setting up a small stall in a market or approach a few popular but small music stores. Try banners or posters. Hope this helped.

what is,have you made any demos? ask the local radio station if they can play a few tracks off it ,but you may have to offer them an incentive.
